About the Team Manager (Poultry) Role

Almarai is seeking a Team Manager (Poultry) to join its Feed Mill operations in Hail, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake and processing of poultry products. The role focuses on meeting internal customer requirements while upholding stringent performance, quality, and safety standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional, self-directing team within the Feed Mill operations.
• Oversee the efficient intake of poultry and processing of specified poultry products.
• Ensure all operations meet internal customer requirements and management performance parameters.
• Monitor and maintain efficiencies, aiming for zero non-conformance in processes.
• Guarantee strict adherence to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a poultry or food environment.
• Proven experience operating in a high-volume operational environment.
• A degree in Poultry Processing, Food Technology, or a related discipline is required.
• Working knowledge and understanding of the implementation of international Quality Standards, including ISO 9000 and HACCP.
