Esnad Contracting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position crucial for supporting our project execution and ensuring the accuracy of all survey-related activities.

Role Overview

The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting comprehensive land and construction surveys. This role involves setting out works, collecting precise topographical data, and verifying the accuracy of all survey measurements to facilitate successful project implementation across various phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct land, topographic, and construction site surveys.
• Perform setting out procedures and establish project control points and benchmarks.
• Collect and analyze survey data utilizing equipment such as Total Station, GPS, and leveling instruments.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, calculations, and drawings.
• Verify site coordinates, elevations, and alignments in accordance with project specifications.
• Coordinate effectively with engineers and site teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Monitor construction progress and provide continuous survey support throughout all project phases.
• Maintain accurate survey records and comprehensive documentation.
• Ensure strict compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience as a Land Surveyor, preferably within the construction or contracting industry.
• Proficiency in using modern surveying equipment, including Total Station, GPS, and leveling tools.
• Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate survey reports, calculations, and technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of survey principles, methods, and data analysis.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time position based in Ha'il, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will work on-site to provide essential surveying support for various projects.
