Role Summary – Senior Team Manager

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager for a full-time position in Hail, Ha'il Region. This role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team to manage the intake of birds and the processing of poultry products. The primary objective is to meet internal customer requirements while strictly adhering to defined product specifications, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and direct a multi-functional team in poultry operations.
• Oversee the efficient intake of birds and subsequent processing of poultry products.
• Ensure all production processes meet established internal customer requirements.
• Operate within defined management performance parameters for efficiency and output.
• Ensure strict adherence to all defined Product Specifications.
• Maintain and enforce compliance with all Quality and Safety Standards throughout the production cycle.

Required Experience

Candidates for this Senior Team Manager position should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a management role, ideally within food processing, poultry operations, or a related manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage complex operational processes is required.
