The Senior Team Manager Role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Team Manager for a full-time position in Hail. This role involves leading a self-directing, multi-functional team responsible for the efficient intake of birds and processing of poultry products. The Senior Team Manager ensures that internal customer requirements are consistently met within established management performance parameters, strictly adhering to defined Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety Standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-functional team to ensure efficient bird intake and poultry product processing.
• Ensure compliance with internal customer requirements, management performance parameters, Product Specifications, Quality, and Safety Standards.
• Drive process optimization and cost reduction initiatives within the operational scope.
• Effectively manage and develop multicultural teams, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Implement training programs for employees to enhance performance and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within a poultry or food production environment.
• Demonstrated exposure to high-volume operations.
• Experience managing a multicultural workforce.
• Proficiency in coordinating production and maintenance plans with a Production Management team.
• Proven ability to maintain a safe working environment and reduce workplace incidents.
• Experience working with automated process control systems.
• Working knowledge of implementing and maintaining international quality standards, including ISO 9001 and HACCP.
• Strong computer literacy skills.

Preferred Skills and Certifications

• Certifications in Supervisory Management or Internal Auditing.
• Certifications in recognized food safety and quality standards such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000.
• Strong knowledge of implementing international quality standards.
