About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures | SEVEN is seeking a Future Career Opportunity Attraction Assistant Manager to lead the daily operations of the Attractions department in Jazan, Jīzān, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth, efficient operations that meet high guest service standards. The Assistant Manager will oversee procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning, while leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for offerings within the Attractions department, aligning with overall departmental goals.
• Collaborate with the Attractions GM to assess future needs, including new offerings and enhancements, translating them into actionable plans.
• Conduct market analysis to inform business plans, identifying trends and opportunities for revenue maximization and guest engagement.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effective sourcing, and accurate record-keeping.
• Manage the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial reports to the Attractions GM.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with SEVEN's standards and regulations.
• Lead risk management initiatives and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Direct team recruitment, training, and performance management, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinating staff schedules and managing inventory levels.
• Manage the financial performance of the attraction, preparing detailed financial reports and collaborating with the finance team.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead efforts to ensure positive guest interactions, address complaints, and monitor feedback to improve guest experience.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Proven ability to lead daily operations within an attractions or similar guest-focused environment.
• Experience in managing procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing and developing a team.

Stakeholder Engagement

The role requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, including the Attractions GM, other department managers, and staff. External interactions will involve suppliers, vendors, partners, and local authorities to secure resources and support operational needs.

Operational Compliance and Standards

The Assistant Manager will ensure operational compliance with SEVEN's standards and regulations, including strict adherence to health and safety protocols. This includes developing and implementing policies and procedures, leading risk management initiatives, and maintaining service level standards.
