About the Role

Saudi Entertainment Ventures (SEVEN) is seeking an Assistant Manager for Future Career Opportunity Attraction to lead daily operations within the Attractions department in Makkah and Taif. This full-time role involves ensuring smooth, efficient operations that meet high guest service standards, while managing procurement, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and business planning. The Assistant Manager will ensure operational compliance, safety, and financial success, leading a team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies for the attraction, aligning with the overall departmental strategy.
• Collaborate with the Attractions General Manager to assess future needs, including new offerings and enhancements.
• Conduct market analysis to inform business plans, identifying trends and opportunities for revenue and guest engagement.
• Oversee procurement and inventory management, ensuring timely delivery, cost-effective sourcing, and accurate record-keeping.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including suppliers and partners.
• Manage the budgeting process, monitor expenditures, and provide regular financial reports.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, leading risk management and ensuring health and safety compliance.
• Direct recruitment, training, and performance management for the team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate staff schedules, and manage inventory levels to meet demands.
• Manage the financial performance of the attraction, ensuring revenue targets are met and costs are controlled.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead efforts to ensure positive guest interactions, address complaints, and monitor feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high service standards.
• Experience in managing procurement, inventory, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team.
• Strong understanding of operational compliance, safety regulations, and financial management.

Functional Accountabilities

• Manage financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and collaborate with the finance team.
• Identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain efficient scheduling systems for staff and resources.
• Ensure all guest interactions are positive, resolving complaints and using feedback for improvement.
• Adhere to Service Level Standards (SLS).

Working Relationships

This role involves regular interaction with internal stakeholders including the Attractions Manager, Operations team, Finance Department, and HR Department. External interactions will include suppliers, vendors, and external partners, as well as local authorities.
