Join Hilton as a Security Supervisor!
As a Security Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, team members, and the hotel property. Hilton is renowned for its commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences, and we are looking for someone who shares that vision.

Your Responsibilities:
• Constant vigilance over hotel operations and premises to ensure safety.
• Maintain all necessary documentation and key systems in compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Recommend enhancements to surveillance, security, and fire systems.
• Quickly and thoroughly review incidents to prevent re-occurrences.
• Train and supervise the Security Team, organizing work schedules and ensuring adherence to policies.
• Conduct regular briefings with the Security Team.

What We Are Looking For:
You should possess an attitude that reflects our commitment to service excellence and strong interpersonal skills.
• Previous security experience, especially in environments with high foot traffic.
• Experience in planning and enforcing security protocols.
• Up-to-date knowledge of fire safety and first aid (valid qualifications required).
• Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in training staff with relevant certification.
