Main Responsibilities:- Supervise daily activities of security guards, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular site inspections and patrols to identify potential security risks.
- Respond promptly to incidents and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with government agencies for security-related incidents.
- Provide on-the-job training and guidance to the security team.
- Review and approve gate passes to maintain security.
Professional Qualifications & Experience Required:- High School Certificate (diploma preferred) with 3-5 years of experience in security operations.
- Experience in emergency handling, security investigations, and knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
- Must possess First Aid and Firefighting certifications.
