Job Opportunity: Sales and Customer Service Specialist

📋 Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Achieve Sales Target: Attract new customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions to successfully complete sales transactions.

• Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, and handle their requests and complaints professionally and with high professionalism to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Manage and Update Customer Data: Use CRM systems to record customer interactions, follow up on orders, and accurately update data to ensure the continuity of service quality.

• Develop Product Knowledge: Have a complete understanding of all products or services offered to explain them and share them with customers in a simple and attractive way.

🔍 Conditions and Requirements:

• Experience: Previous and proven practical experience in both sales and customer service (preferably combining both fields).

• Technical Skills: Good knowledge and experience in dealing with (CRM) Customer Relationship Management software and systems.

• Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high ability to persuade and negotiate.

• Politeness: Presentable appearance and a refined style in dealing with the public.

• Full-time availability.

• The applicant must be ready for immediate start if selected.

⏰ Work Details and Environment:

• Working Hours: From 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (evening shift).

• Working Days: 6 days a week (one day off).
