Sales Specialist

Job Title: Showroom Sales Employee

Job Objective

Receiving customers and providing sales consultations related to smartphones and their accessories, explaining features, specifications, commercial offers and financing programs, in a way that contributes to achieving sales targets, increasing customer satisfaction, and providing a professional purchasing experience in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receiving customers, greeting them and providing excellent customer service according to company standards.
• Understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Explaining the specifications of smartphones, tablets and accessories, and making comparisons between products.
• Clarifying prices, promotional offers, warranty and after-sales services.
• Explaining approved financing and installment programs and ensuring compliance with their requirements and implementation of procedures in accordance with the policies of financing entities and the company.
• Executing sales transactions and issuing invoices through the point of sale system (POS).
• Selling additional products, accessories and services (Upselling & Cross-selling) in a way that achieves sales targets.
• Responding to customer inquiries and handling complaints or referring them to the competent department when necessary.
• Monitoring inventory availability and reporting shortages or needs.
• Receiving incoming goods from the warehouse, verifying their compliance, arranging and organizing them in the showroom and inventory according to company standards, ensuring product readiness for display and achieving sales targets.
• Maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the showroom and ensuring products are displayed according to approved display standards.
• Recording customer data in approved systems while maintaining its confidentiality.
• Compliance with company policies and regulations and security and safety instructions, and preservation of company assets and property.
• Performing any other tasks within the scope of the position assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Certificate.
• Preferred: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related field.
• Preferred: At least one year of experience in retail sales or smartphone sales.

Required Skills

• High skills in communication, persuasion and negotiation.
• Good knowledge of smartphones, operating systems and modern technologies.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
• Computer and point of sale system skills (POS).
• Accuracy in data entry  .
• Commitment to professional appearance and discipline in work hours.

Terms and Working Hours

• Company Location: Jeddah - Musharrafah District - Palestine Street.
• Weekly Leave: The employee is entitled to a weekly leave for one day, and the leave day is determined according to the weekly leave schedule approved by the company and in accordance with work requirements.
• Official Working Hours: From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Work may require additional hours when needed, and they are calculated as additional work (Overtime) according to company policy.
