Join Our Team as an Assistant Chef

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the preparation and setup of all food and beverage menus.

  • Continuously monitor and ensure the kitchen operates on schedule.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef in planning and directing the kitchen team.
  • Assist in resolving any issues that arise during operations.
  • Supervise the performance evaluation and training of the kitchen staff.
  • Monitor work schedules and manage leave procedures for the kitchen team.
  • Ensure the availability of required ingredients in storage and submit periodic requisitions to the store department.
  • Oversee the implementation of health and safety regulations in cooking and food storage.
  • Cooperate with team members and maintain professional communication.
