About the Role

Hilton is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to support the daily operations of dining outlets in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is based in Makkah, with operations also extending to Jeddah, and requires 5-10 years of relevant experience. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager contributes to creating memorable guest experiences and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily food and beverage operations, including guest service, quality control, inventory management, reservations, marketing, and reporting.
• Support the development and implementation of guest satisfaction strategies, monitoring trends, gathering feedback, and driving continuous improvements.
• Ensure food presentation meets established standards and monitor cost and portion controls.
• Assist in supervising and developing team members through training, scheduling, feedback, and recognition.
• Support the hiring, onboarding, and coaching of team members.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience
