About the Role at Catrion Group

Catrion Group is seeking an Asst. Manager, Laboratory Services Development to join its team in Jeddah. This full-time position is central to the strategic enhancement and expansion of the company's laboratory service offerings. The role focuses on identifying opportunities for service improvement, strengthening engagement with key stakeholders, and ensuring a clear alignment between market demand and the laboratory's operational capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to expand and enhance laboratory service offerings within food, water microbiology, and chemistry testing scopes.
  • Develop and implement annual laboratory service development plans aligned with company direction and operational capacity.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal departments and approved external stakeholders.
  • Assess service requirements and align them with laboratory technical capabilities and available resources.
  • Support the achievement of approved service growth targets through structured opportunity tracking and follow-up.
  • Represent the laboratory in relevant conferences, exhibitions, and professional networking events when required.
  • Monitor industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technologies relevant to laboratory services.
  • Collaborate with laboratory technical teams to ensure service feasibility and proper scope definition.
  • Support the preparation of service proposals and related documentation in accordance with company policies and approval matrix.

Required Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a solid understanding of laboratory operations and service development.
