Asst. Restaurant Manager

About the Role

Leylaty Group is seeking an Asst. Restaurant Manager to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position involves supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure efficiency and a customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support the restaurant team in their daily tasks.
• Organize daily restaurant operations and delegate responsibilities effectively.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and service standards by all employees.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, hygiene, and health and safety.
• Professionally handle customer concerns to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Monitor performance, control costs, and minimize waste to support sales and operational targets.
• Manage resources effectively and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Contribute to employee training, development, motivation, and performance management.
• Collaborate with the management team to enhance productivity and overall restaurant performance.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of relevant experience in restaurant operations or a similar role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage daily restaurant functions and lead a team.
• Strong understanding of customer service principles and operational efficiency.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position within the Leylaty Group, operating in the dynamic hospitality sector across Jeddah and Makkah.
