About the Role

Crown Holdings, operating as CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd., is seeking a dedicated and experienced Back End Team Leader to join its operations in the Makkah Region, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves leading the back-end production team to ensure efficient operations and high-quality output in can manufacturing.

Role Overview

The Back End Team Leader is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the production team, optimizing processes, and managing team performance. A primary focus of this position is to ensure strict adherence to established safety standards and quality control measures, contributing directly to meeting overall production targets within the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the back-end production team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure all production processes meet established quality control standards and specifications for can manufacturing.
• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures, conducting regular safety audits and promptly addressing any hazards.
• Troubleshoot production issues and machine malfunctions, escalating complex problems to maintenance or engineering as needed.
• Train new team members on operational procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Monitor production metrics, analyze data, and report on team performance and output to management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains, and contribute to their implementation.
• Maintain accurate production records, including downtime, output, and quality checks.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as front-end production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant production or team leadership role.

Work Environment and Type

This is a full-time position based within the production facilities of CROWN Arabia Can Company Ltd. in the Makkah Region, serving both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active involvement on the production floor, working closely with the back-end team and collaborating with various departments to maintain operational excellence.
