Branch Manager

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Branch Manager to lead the BOUNCE team, oversee daily operations, and achieve sales and financial performance goals, while ensuring an exceptional and safe customer experience. The Branch Manager will be responsible for team development, performance improvement, and fostering BOUNCE's culture of passion, unity, accountability, and innovation.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the work team and foster a high-performance work environment.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Ensure a distinguished customer experience and increase customer satisfaction and repeat visits.
• Manage sales and KPIs and achieve financial and operational goals.
• Efficiently manage labor costs, expenses, inventory, and resources.
• Monitor branch maintenance, cleanliness, and equipment, and ensure their readiness.
• Oversee recruitment, training, development, and employee scheduling.
• Follow up on customer feedback, analyze data, and take necessary actions to improve performance.
• Utilize HubSpot, Roller, and AskNicely systems to support sales, manage operations, and enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and implement local initiatives and campaigns to increase sales and attract customers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, regulatory requirements, and food safety standards.
• Prepare and follow up on financial and operational plans, reports, and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the hospitality, entertainment, or retail sectors.
• Experience in leading and managing medium to large teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, motivation, and customer service skills.
• Experience in managing operations, sales, costs, and achieving financial goals.
• Good knowledge of safety, team management, and operational systems and procedures.
• Leadership personality, initiative, and ability to continuously develop the team and improve performance.
