Role Overview: Call Center Associate

The Call Center Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is central to managing patient and client communications, ensuring a positive experience through effective call handling and information dissemination. The associate will be responsible for both incoming and outgoing calls, providing essential support to clinic operations and patient services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls from patients and clients.
