Role Summary

The Chef De Partie will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes, ensuring adherence to quality standards and kitchen procedures. This full-time position requires collaboration with other kitchen staff and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workstation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and cooking of a variety of dishes.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Sous Chef.
• Ensure that all food items meet the kitchen’s quality standards in terms of appearance, taste, and texture.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist in managing stock and ingredients, ensuring proper storage and minimizing waste.
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff and departments to ensure a smooth flow of service.
• Monitor and report on equipment malfunctions and assist in maintaining kitchen equipment.
• Stay updated with industry trends and experiment with new recipes or techniques to enhance the menu.
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff and apprentices as required.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant culinary role.
