Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery, equipment, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting mechanical issues, conducting routine inspections, replacing worn parts, and maintaining detailed maintenance records while adhering to safety protocols and industry standards. This role requires hands-on experience with various mechanical systems, ability to read technical drawings and manuals, and proficiency in using maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment to support continuous operations.

• Engage in product sales and provide support through networking and active outreach.
• Guide customers through the entire sales process.
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals for various projects.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
• Monitor market activities and customer needs.
• Create reports and maintain sales activity records on CRM.
• Offer troubleshooting support and prepare field reports.

• Proven experience in technical sales with a strong track record.
• Excellent business contacts and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
• Familiarity with the Saudi market is essential.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Valid KSA driving license is required.

• Data Modeling: Lead the implementation and customization of the Teradata FSLDM.
• Architecture Design: Design and maintain Data Lakehouse layers to support massive scales of financial data.
• ETL/ELT Development: Architect and develop robust data pipelines using Informatica.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize SQL and mappings for high-volume data processing.
• Data Governance: Implement data lineage, quality checks, and metadata management.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Business Analysts and Data Scientists.

• Expert-level knowledge of FSLDM is mandatory.
• Extensive experience with Teradata.
• Advanced proficiency in Informatica.
• Proven experience in building Data Lakehouse architectures.
• Strong understanding of Banking/Financial Services domains.
• Expert in writing and optimizing complex analytical SQL queries.
