Demand Planner

About the Role

Ferrero is seeking a Demand Planner to join its team in Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role involves driving accurate demand planning by translating market insights, sales trends, and business requirements into reliable forecasts. The Demand Planner will support product availability, inventory optimization, and sustainable business growth, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective supply chain execution and continuous improvement of planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage accurate demand forecasts using market insights, sales trends, and business data to support decision-making and optimize business performance.
• Conduct detailed sales, channel, and SKU analysis.
• Lead regular demand planning reviews with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Proactively identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective stock management, maintain critical planning data for order fulfillment and replenishment, and manage escalations in collaboration with Supply Chain and commercial teams.
• Drive continuous process improvements through innovative planning practices and systems.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, or a related field within the consumer goods industry.
• Strong understanding of demand planning processes and logistics planning techniques.
• Experience with SAP stock management and planning systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Effective communication skills with proven stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across functions to achieve business objectives.
• Proactive mindset with an interest in continuous improvement and process innovation.
