InterContinental Hotels Group is seeking a Director of Food & Beverage to join the team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves overseeing food and beverage operations to ensure service quality and operational standards are met for guests. The position requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Role Overview

The Director of Food & Beverage is responsible for managing and empowering teams to deliver high-quality service and maintain exceptional standards across all food and beverage outlets. This role focuses on operational excellence, financial management, and adherence to business practices within the hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing and delegating daily duties to hospitality professionals.
• Maintaining food and beverage equipment, facilities, and stock levels to ensure guest and corporate experiences.
• Managing food and beverage standards in line with responsible business practices.
• Collaborating with the finance team to set, monitor, and refine budgets and drive revenue.
• Overseeing multiple teams, kitchens, and food outlets capable of catering to up to 500 people.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Some college education and/or advanced training in food and beverage management.
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Hotel Management, culinary arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Proficiency in the local language is required.
• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card, as mandated by local law.
