About the Role

the Grandeur, an accounting firm based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Driver to join its team. This full-time position involves ensuring the safe and timely transportation of staff and essential documents within the city, contributing to the firm's operational efficiency.

Role Contribution

As a key member of our operations, the Driver will support the smooth functioning of the accounting firm. This role is integral to maintaining our commitment to service excellence by facilitating critical logistical needs and ensuring reliable transportation services.

Key Responsibilities

• Transport staff and documents safely and efficiently to various locations in Jeddah, ensuring punctuality and adherence to schedules.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure operational safety and reliability, utilizing checklists and maintenance logs.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance needs, to support operational efficiency and cost management.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to coordinate transportation needs and address any issues that may arise.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, promoting safety and compliance while representing the company professionally.
• Assist with loading and unloading of documents and packages, ensuring secure handling and timely delivery to clients and stakeholders.
• Provide support during events or meetings by transporting clients or staff as needed.
• Keep the vehicle clean and presentable at all times, reflecting the company's commitment to professionalism.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance driving skills and stay updated on best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position should possess 0-1 years of relevant driving experience. A strong commitment to reliability, punctuality, and safety is required, along with the ability to adhere to all traffic laws and company procedures.
