Enterprise Platforms Analyst

About the Role

Saudi Air Navigation Services is seeking an Enterprise Platforms Analyst to join their team in Jeddah. This full-time role involves owning and operating assigned enterprise platforms, ensuring their reliability, security, and alignment with business objectives. The analyst will translate strategic goals into operational delivery and act as the accountable owner bridging strategy, operations, integration, and stakeholder engagement to maximize platform value.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle of assigned enterprise platforms, translating Section Head strategy into actionable product backlogs and releases.
• Define features, prioritize enhancements, and oversee execution to ensure platforms deliver measurable business value.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and performance of platforms by applying ITSM practices and proactive capacity planning.
• Oversee incidents, changes, and releases, embedding continuous monitoring and improvement practices.
• Manage platform integrations with ERP, data, analytics, and third-party systems using approved enterprise standards.
• Validate API design, middleware flows, and data models to ensure consistent, secure, and reliable connectivity.
• Maintain configuration baselines, enforce access controls, and ensure platforms comply with enterprise security and audit requirements.
• Provide audit-ready documentation, traceability for changes, and evidence of compliance for all platforms.
• Act as the single point of contact for business stakeholders and vendors on assigned platforms.
• Manage requirements trade-offs, validate releases with users, and ensure vendor deliverables meet enterprise standards.
• Provide regular updates on roadmap progress, operational metrics, risks, and issues.
• Escalate blockers and dependencies requiring Section Head or enterprise-level intervention.
• Maintain platform runbooks, design patterns, and documentation in the enterprise knowledge base.
• Drive improvement initiatives to enhance usability, performance, and cost-efficiency of the platforms.
• Conduct day-to-day activities while ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Contribute to identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes, considering leading practices, changes in the business environment, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
