The Position:
We are seeking a skilled Event & Engagement Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of strategic events aimed at engaging healthcare professionals, patient groups, and healthcare organizations. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact and compliant events across various formats, from congresses to speaker programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead planning and execution of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders to define needs and deliver impactful events.
  • Manage internal workflows ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and procurement for contracts and payments.
  • Track budgets, process payments, and maintain financial transparency.
  • Ensure compliance with Roche SOPs, industry codes, and local regulations.
  • Support vendor selection and manage performance for quality and cost-efficiency.
  • Provide real-time event support to ensure seamless execution.
  • Lead post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvements.

Who You Are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in event or business operations, preferably in healthcare or pharma.
  • Strong knowledge of stakeholder engagement compliance.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support.
