About the Role

Unilever Saudi Arabia is seeking an Execution Planner - Home Care to manage production planning for the Home Care Business Unit (BUL). This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Mecca Region, and requires 0-1 year of experience. The role focuses on ensuring consistent and optimal service by addressing short- and mid-term supply challenges and driving cross-functional synchronization within the supply chain.

Role Purpose and Context

The primary purpose of this role is to ensure product availability at the right place and time, while maintaining optimal inventory and cost levels. This is achieved by effectively balancing demand, supply, capacity, and business priorities. The Execution Planner will also contribute to the future readiness of the supply network through continuous improvement and digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all production planning operations for the Home Care Business Unit.
• Act as a liaison between the Business Unit and business organizations to ensure reliable and agile service.
• Prioritize service and customer needs to ensure consistent product availability.
• Collaborate with Shipment Planners on the execution and realization of direct shipments from the Business Unit to markets.
• Define inventory and distribution policy guidelines and targets, ensuring accurate future visibility as forecast.
• Participate in Plan meetings for Demand-Supply Review.
• Communicate risks and mitigation strategies.
• Manage inventory health, including monitoring and preventing waste across Finished Goods, Packing, and Raw materials.
• Manage crises related to product availability, quality issues, and microbiological concerns.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for innovations and strategic planning.

Required Skills and Experience

• 0-1 year of professional experience.
• Strong collaboration, negotiation, and trade-off analysis skills.
• Ability to drive cross-functional synchronization in the supply chain.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies and digital solutions.
