About the Role

EY is seeking a Manager for the MENA Tax - Global Compliance & Reporting (GCR) team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves leading complex engagements and contributing to the growth of the GCR practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing tax services, combining technical skills with commercial, legislative, and industry knowledge.
• Manage client compliance and reporting requirements.
• Establish and strengthen internal and external relationships, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of client engagements, monitoring progress and deliverables.
• Implement standardized processes as required.
• Identify and anticipate risks, escalate issues, and drive performance improvement solutions.
• Supervise high-performing teams, fostering a positive learning culture and mentoring junior team members.
• Ensure adherence to Tax Quality guidelines.

Candidate Profile
