About the Role

Sunbulah Group is seeking a Facility Management professional to oversee the comprehensive operations and maintenance of its facilities. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.

Core Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient, safe, and compliant operation of all company facilities and workplace environments. This includes managing maintenance programs, overseeing assets, coordinating with vendors, leading safety initiatives, and managing facility-related projects and budgets to support organizational needs.

Facilities Operations and Maintenance

• Oversee the full operation and maintenance of all company facilities, offices, and workplace environments.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs across all facilities through detailed planning.
• Monitor facility conditions and ensure continuous compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Handle all facility-related issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Oversee the operation, maintenance, and performance of all building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP), HVAC, electrical distribution, generators, UPS, fire protection, and building automation systems.

Workplace and Asset Management

• Lead workplace planning, office setup, renovations, relocations, and space optimization projects.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient workplace experience for all employees and visitors.
• Manage essential office services, including reception, meeting rooms, pantry, parking, supplies, and common areas.
• Oversee workplace readiness and provide support for organizational growth and operational requirements.
• Manage facility assets throughout their lifecycle, encompassing inventory control and replacement strategies.

Vendor, Compliance, and Project Oversight

• Manage all facility-related vendors, suppliers, and service providers, including contract negotiations, service agreements, renewals, and performance monitoring to ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and budgets.
• Coordinate with external contractors for maintenance, fit-out, and facility projects, and manage workplace support services such as housekeeping, cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and hospitality.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, leading workplace safety initiatives, emergency preparedness plans, and conducting regular facility inspections, risk assessments, and compliance audits.
• Maintain all necessary certifications, licenses, and statutory requirements, and lead facility sustainability and environmental initiatives.
• Lead and manage facility enhancement projects, office expansions, relocations, and refurbishments from planning to execution, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare and manage the annual facilities budget, monitor operational expenses, implement cost-saving initiatives, and track facility-related expenditures with regular reporting.
• Partner with internal departments to support business and operational requirements, act as the main point of contact for facility matters, and ensure high levels of employee satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary liaison with building owners and property management, ensuring compliance with lease obligations, building policies, permits, and effective resolution of facility-related matters.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Facility Management or a directly related field.
