About Eadico

Eadico is seeking a Facility Management Manager to join its team in Al Khobar, Eastern region. This full-time role is central to overseeing the delivery of integrated facility management services across various projects.

Role Purpose

The Facility Management Manager will lead operational excellence, ensure client satisfaction, drive commercial performance, and foster team development within the facility management sector. This position is designed for professionals ready to take a significant step towards a Director-level leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day delivery of integrated facility management services across multiple sites.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual KPIs and service level agreements.
  • Oversee Hard FM, Soft FM, and specialist services.
  • Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency, quality, and service delivery.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular operational and performance review meetings.
  • Manage client expectations and resolve escalated operational issues.
  • Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage operational budgets and cost control initiatives, monitoring project profitability and financial performance.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
  • Support contract mobilization, renewals, and business growth initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor Operations Managers, Site Managers, Engineers, and support teams.
  • Develop succession plans and build high-performing operational teams.
  • Drive employee engagement and performance management.
  • Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company policies.

Operational Management

  • Support asset lifecycle management and maintenance planning.
  • Monitor CAFM implementation and reporting.
  • Review preventive and corrective maintenance performance.
  • Ensure operational readiness during audits and inspections.
  • Participate in tender evaluations and technical proposals.
  • Support mobilization of new contracts.
  • Provide operational input during bid preparation and client presentations.

Candidate Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess 5-10 years of experience in facility management. This role is suitable for experienced Facility Management Managers, Senior Operations Managers, or FM Operations Leaders.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in Al Khobar, Eastern region, requiring oversight across multiple project sites.
