Join SAMI Aerospace Mechanics as a Security Manager.
In this critical role, you will oversee the security operations of our organization, develop security strategies, implement security procedures, and supervise security officers and guards.

Company Overview:
Aircraft Accessories & Components Co. Ltd. is a subsidiary of Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) that provides aircraft parts and maintenance services, focusing on maintenance, repair, and overhaul for aircraft hydraulics and secondary power systems, alongside civil aircraft landing gear and helicopter maintenance.

Job Purpose:
To manage and enhance security operations ensuring a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Recommend improvements and implement security procedures to comply with legislative requirements.
  • Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to policies and processes.
  • Conduct periodic training exercises for security staff on compliance and regulatory matters.
  • Train organization members and visitors on security rules and procedures.
  • Manage security systems including access control and surveillance.
  • Develop and maintain security policies to meet required codes and regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and governmental security requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on investigations and violations as necessary.
  • Supervise security staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.

Qualification and Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a relevant function within aviation, aerospace, or military sectors is preferred. A diploma or higher level of education in security administration or a similar field is advantageous.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Responsive to security alerts outside of business hours.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations (Airport Security, GACA, Ministry of Defense).
  • Exceptional surveillance and emergency response capabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
