About the Role

Amazon Saudi Arabia (ex-Souq) is seeking an Inbound Supply Chain Manager to join the AMET Supply Chain team. This full-time role is crucial for developing Amazon's future in KSA by addressing complex supply chain challenges within the region. The manager will collaborate with Operations, Transportation, and Amazon Store teams, focusing on enhancing customer experience and optimizing inventory management in a dynamic growth environment across Riyadh and Jeddah.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan the weekly Inbound Forecast for the KSA Fulfillment Center (FC) network.
  • Collaborate with Retail, Fulfilled by Amazon, and FC Operations teams on Inbound Planning, Sales and Operations Planning, and Placement strategies.
  • Develop deep understanding and technical proficiency across all Supply Chain tools.
  • Lead complex analysis, develop models, and create reports to inform strategic decisions and support operational implementation regionally.
  • Standardize methodologies and findings, and develop tools to manage the increasing complexity of KSA's Supply Chain.
  • Lead regional projects and support implementation of Inbound Supply Chain initiatives to improve performance and execution.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
  • 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • 3+ years of experience defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLookUps, and SQL.
  • Experience defining program requirements and utilizing data and metrics to identify and drive improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • 3+ years of experience driving process improvements.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, engaging with multiple stakeholders at various organizational levels.
  • Experience in building processes, project management, and scheduling.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, acting as a data detective capable of effective prioritization and clear communication. A consistent track record of delivery is essential. This role requires the ability to create and present documentation for senior executives, ensuring alignment of the roadmap with Amazon’s strategic objectives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary. The candidate should be experienced in using data for root cause analysis, implementing long-term solutions, and solving supply chain problems through advanced analytical capabilities.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in either Riyadh or Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within a growing environment, interfacing with various operational and retail teams.
