  • Tasks and Responsibilities:

    • Managing all technical office work for current projects and tenders.
    • Preparing and reviewing technical and financial proposals.
    • Preparing pricing, quantity calculations, and project costs.
    • Following up and submitting bids via the Etimad platform.
    • Preparing tender documents, quantity schedules, and time schedules.
    • Reviewing drawings, technical specifications, and technical approvals.
    • Coordinating with project managers, consultants, and clients.
    • Ensuring compliance with project and contract requirements.
    • Providing technical support for projects during implementation.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
    • Previous experience in National Water Company projects is a prerequisite.
    • Strong experience in pricing and cost preparation.
    • Experience in preparing technical and financial proposals.
    • Practical experience on the Etimad platform.
    • Good knowledge of contracts, competitions, and technical documents.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Experience of no less than 5 years in the same field.
