About the Opportunity

Ninja, a leading quick-commerce company, is seeking an experienced Internal Replenishment Team Leader to join its operations in Jeddah, Makkah Province. This full-time role is critical for managing and overseeing all replenishment activities within the warehouse, ensuring a continuous and accurate flow of stock to support daily operations and maintain high product availability.

Role Purpose and Impact

The Internal Replenishment Team Leader is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of inventory from bulk storage to picking locations. This position plays a vital role in optimizing warehouse efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and directly contributing to the seamless execution of daily order fulfillment within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the warehouse replenishment team during daily operations.
• Ensure timely and accurate replenishment from bulk storage to picking locations.
• Monitor pick-face stock levels and maintain availability targets.
• Review replenishment reports and resolve shortages or location discrepancies.
• Coordinate with receiving, put-away, picking, and dispatch teams to ensure workflow efficiency.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular checks and proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Optimize storage usage and improve replenishment processes.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse safety and operational standards.
• Train, coach, and evaluate staff performance.
• Prepare daily KPI and operational reports for management.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a preference for Retail or FMCG sectors.
• Previous experience in replenishment, inventory management, or logistics roles.
• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanners.
