About the Role

Future Aswaq is seeking an International Recruiter to join their team in Makkah, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role involves managing the complete international recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle international recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of candidates.
• Source candidates effectively through overseas agencies, various job portals, internal databases, and direct headhunting methods.
• Coordinate and maintain relationships with international recruitment partners and manpower agencies.
• Conduct interviews, both virtual and in-person, to assess candidates against specific client and job requirements.
• Handle all necessary documentation, including offer letters, employment contracts, visa paperwork, and pre-employment requirements.
• Coordinate medical tests, embassy submissions, and manage mobilization schedules for selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and generate pipeline reports to track progress.
• Provide support for bulk hiring projects and manage recruitment processes under tight mobilization timelines.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of experience in international recruitment or a related field. This experience should encompass managing various stages of the recruitment process and working with international agencies.

Work Setting

This is a full-time position based in the Makkah region, with activities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active engagement in a dynamic recruitment environment.
