Investigation Officer

About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking an Investigation Officer to join its team in Makkah. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining integrity within the organization by conducting thorough investigations and gathering essential evidence. The successful candidate will contribute to the company's efforts in fraud prevention and control enhancements.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this role is to gather comprehensive evidence related to active investigations. This involves a systematic approach to forensic findings and documentation to support all investigative conclusions.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Conduct the Fraud Investigation Program in accordance with established guidelines.
• Adhere to the Investigation Manual throughout all stages of an investigation.
• Prepare detailed working papers to adequately document investigations, including supporting evidence for all forensic findings.
• Analyze relevant data to provide insights that support ongoing investigations.
• Interview suspects and witnesses in a professional and courteous manner to obtain information based on identified evidence.
• Prepare clear, evidence-backed reports that summarize conclusions, findings, and recommendations for employee disciplinary action and control enhancements.

Additional Duties

• Maintain organized files for all cases.
• Stay informed about new developments in the field of investigation and relevant legal frameworks.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by the Investigation Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in investigations or a related field. This role requires a professional who can manage complex information and maintain confidentiality.

Work Location

This full-time position is based in Makkah, Saudi Arabia, with potential work in Jeddah as needed.
