About the Role

Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking an Investigation Officer for the Regional Investigation West team. This full-time position is based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering both Jeddah and Makkah. The role involves conducting fraud investigations and ensuring adherence to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct the Fraud Investigation Program in accordance with company guidelines.
• Adhere strictly to the Investigation Manual throughout all stages of an investigation.
• Prepare comprehensive working papers to document investigations, including supporting evidence for all forensic findings.
• Analyze relevant data to provide insights that support the investigation, where applicable.
• Conduct professional and courteous interviews with suspects and witnesses to gather information based on identified evidence.
• Prepare clear, evidence-backed reports that summarize conclusions, findings, and recommendations for employee disciplinary action and control enhancements.

Operational Duties

• Maintain organized files for all cases.
• Stay informed about new developments in the field of investigation and relevant legal frameworks.
• Assist in special projects as assigned by the Investigation Supervisor.

Qualifications and Experience

• 0-1 year of experience in a related field.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Work Location

This position is based in Makkah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with responsibilities extending to Jeddah.
