The Role: Jewelry Sales Associate

Dewan Aldahab Jewellery is seeking a Jewelry Sales Associate to join its new branch located in Jeddah, Makkah. This is a full-time, on-site position where the associate will be responsible for assisting customers with the purchase of jewelry and gold bullion. The role requires a strong focus on customer service, comprehensive product knowledge, and the ability to manage sales transactions efficiently to ensure a positive shopping experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the branch manager in achieving established sales targets.
• Conduct sales and purchases of gold products for customers.
• Welcome customers into the branch, present the company’s product range, and address their needs.
• Arrange and organize merchandise effectively within the branch.
• Generate sales and purchase invoices, and process receipts and disbursements using the system.
• Ensure the security of merchandise within the branch and prevent any inventory shortages.
• Support the branch manager in reconciling gold inventories.
• Aid the branch manager in rotating and relocating merchandise as needed.
• Assist with semi-annual and annual inventory checks and subsequent merchandise reorganization.
• Perform other daily work responsibilities as assigned.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 0-1 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to acquire and apply comprehensive product knowledge of gold and jewelry.
• Proficiency in managing sales transactions efficiently.

Work Location

This is an on-site, full-time position based at Dewan Aldahab Jewellery's new branch in Jeddah, within the Makkah region of Saudi Arabia.
