Key Account Manager ( Saudi National)

About the Role

Al Naghi Company is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join its team in Makkah, specifically covering Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role focuses on managing and developing the Panda account within the Modern Trade business segment, aiming to achieve sales and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the Panda account and cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Achieve targets for sales, profitability, collection, and distribution.
• Lead commercial negotiations, annual agreements, promotions, listings, and business reviews.
• Develop comprehensive account plans to drive sustainable sell-in and sell-out growth.
• Manage forecasting, stock availability, out-of-stock (OOS) risks, and promotional planning.
• Identify opportunities to enhance assortment, visibility, distribution, and in-store execution.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Finance, Trade Marketing, and field teams to ensure excellent execution.
• Monitor account performance and provide accurate sales forecasts and business updates.

Qualifications and Experience

• Saudi National is mandatory.
• Proven FMCG Modern Trade sales experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience managing the Panda account in an FMCG sales role is strongly required.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Panda’s commercial processes, negotiations, promotions, and account management.
• Demonstrated negotiation, analytical, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to independently manage a major national account and deliver commercial targets.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Makkah, with responsibilities covering the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. The role requires active engagement within the Modern Trade business segment.
