The Role: Luxury Tech Consultant

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant for a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed for individuals with 0-1 year of experience who are prepared to deliver high standards of customer service and achieve sales targets within a luxury retail environment. The consultant will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence at the counter and ensuring product presentation aligns with brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and build strong guest loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, usage, and services.
• Assess customer needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their requirements.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales and achieve line and sales targets, utilizing product knowledge, including make-up knowledge where applicable.
• Track sell-out targets and post-launch sales at the store level.
• Prepare daily sales reports and participate in incentive programs.
• Ensure counter cleanliness and maintain high grooming standards.
• Manage in-store stock replenishment and report shortages using the stock order form.
• Handle new product launches, promote products, and ensure merchandising levels meet brand guidelines.
• Oversee stock receipt procedures.

Required Experience

Candidates should possess 0-1 year of relevant experience. The role requires an individual capable of applying appropriate sales techniques and product knowledge to achieve set targets, while maintaining operational standards in a fast-paced retail environment.
