The Role: Luxury Tech Consultant

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Luxury Tech Consultant to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a full-time position focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets through effective sales techniques and comprehensive product knowledge. The consultant is also responsible for maintaining high grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain guest experience standards to foster strong customer loyalty.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, prices, availability, product uses, and services.
• Communicate with customers to assess their needs and provide assistance to meet or exceed their expectations.
• Advise customers on product ranges best suited to their individual needs.
• Demonstrate the usage and benefits of various brands and products.
• Generate sales while achieving line and sales targets.
• Track sell-out targets and post-launch sales performance at the store level.
• Generate daily sales reports.
• Participate in achieving incentives.
• Ensure merchandising levels within the store adhere to brand guidelines.
• Manage in-store stock replenishment on appropriate shelves/counters at designated times.
• Report stock shortages using the established stock order form.
• Ensure accurate stock receipt according to set procedures.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail, with a preference for Luxury Technology.
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in the English Language.
