Position Summary
As a dedicated Machine Operator, you will have a vital role in operating and maintaining production machinery, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing processes. This on-site position will offer opportunities for professional development while contributing to healthcare innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery safely and efficiently as per standard operating procedures.
• Perform routine checks, maintenance, and cleaning to keep equipment in optimal condition.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records in real-time.
• Comply with site safety procedures, including permit-to-work and lockout-tagout protocols.
• Report equipment faults, quality deviations, or safety concerns and assist in investigations.
• Support changeovers, handovers, and materials handling to achieve production goals.

Basic Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience operating packaging machinery.
• Ability to follow written procedures and maintain accurate records.
• Basic understanding of health, safety, and hygiene practices.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift moderately during work hours.
• Willingness to work full-time on-site and participate in shift patterns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Technical diploma or vocational certificate in relevant fields.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and basic quality systems.
• Basic computer skills and experience with manufacturing systems.
• Experience with equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English for effective communication.

Work Arrangement
This role is based on-site in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, and may require shift work, including nights. You will work in a controlled manufacturing environment with strict adherence to safety and hygiene practices.
