Join BRF as a Maintenance Industrial Supervisor

In this role, you will ensure the availability of production and utility equipment at optimum levels while implementing equipment reliability techniques to eliminate losses and extend equipment life.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain production and utility equipment availability.
  • Implement value analysis methods for repairs and spare parts localization.
  • Develop engineering solutions for issues affecting plant operations.
  • Manage compliance with maintenance activities and generate compliance reports.
  • Control spare parts and stock in the warehouse and manage calibration activities.
  • Train production and maintenance teams on SAP PM/AM module.
  • Comply with BRF's Sustainability Policy and ESG commitments.

Academic Requirements:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent is required.
