Role Overview

AlAndalus Property Company is seeking a Mall Operations Manager for a full-time position in Jeddah, Makkah. This role involves overseeing and managing the overall operational activities of Al-Andalus Mall in Jeddah. The manager will ensure efficient day-to-day operations, coordinate various operational functions, and maintain a safe, organized, and well-maintained environment within the mall.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operational budgets for the mall’s operating departments and monitor their implementation.
• Develop and manage the mall’s operational budgets, reviewing financial information to ensure efficient resource utilization.
• Plan and oversee the mall’s operational functions, including maintenance, cleaning, and general operational services.
• Monitor the implementation of development and operational improvement projects within the center.
• Track progress against operational plans and initiate corrective actions when performance deviates.
• Maintain high-quality operational standards through regular inspections and preventive maintenance of facilities, assets, and equipment.
• Monitor contractors’ performance and supervise their work to protect company interests and ensure completion of agreed tasks.
• Ensure operations comply with relevant regulations, safety requirements, and center standards.
• Identify operational risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Prepare periodic reports on operational performance and improvement initiatives.
• Follow up on audit observations related to operational activities and implement corrective actions.
• Support the development and review of operational policies and procedures.
• Supervise operational teams and ensure smooth coordination between operational functions.
• Monitor the performance of supervisors and staff, supporting their training and development.
• Coordinate with tenants, customers, vendors, and service providers to resolve operational issues.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in mall operations management.

This full-time position is based in Jeddah, Makkah.
