About the Role

Nestlé is seeking a Manager Commercial Development to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for driving sustainable category growth by translating consumer, shopper, and channel insights into effective commercial strategies. The position requires 2-5 years of experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Total Nutrition category growth through the development and execution of strategies aligned with consumer, shopper, and channel dynamics.
• Utilize IMS, retail audits, sell-out data, and market trends to identify opportunities and build winning trade and customer strategies.
• Cultivate sustainable and profitable relationships with top customers in KSA by ensuring close alignment with key stakeholders and disciplined execution follow-up.
• Optimize customer budget strategy and allocation, review annual business investment plans, and track spending to ensure effective resource utilization.
• Evaluate commercial activities using a Keep/Modify/Drop approach to improve ROI and trade spending efficiency.
• Lead category planning and tracking, identify growth drivers, monitor MBPC performance, and close execution gaps.
• Define and implement the Picture of Success across channels to secure strong availability, visibility, and planogram execution in-store and online.
• Ensure strict adherence to the WHO Code and Nestlé policies in all commercial activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Nutrition experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated strong caliber talent, suitable for a critical business function.
