Marketing Representative

About the Role

Wild&Org is seeking a Marketing Representative to join its team for a new Grab&Go cafe in Jeddah, Makkah. This full-time position requires a professional who can contribute ideas and talent to enhance the guest experience and expand the company's reach within the community. The role involves developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and drive foot traffic to the cafe.
• Manage all marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, and offline advertising, ensuring a consistent brand message and tone.
• Collaborate with the CEO, Cafe Manager, and management to create and execute promotional campaigns, events, and partnerships that align with the cafe's vision and values.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, adjusting as needed to optimize results.
• Create visually appealing and engaging content for social media platforms, website, and other marketing materials, while maintaining brand consistency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local influencers, bloggers, and media outlets to enhance brand reach and reputation.
• Manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment.
• Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends, competitors, and local events to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Oversee, design, and manage all printing materials.

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is required.
• Demonstrated creativity and experience in marketing roles.
