Role Overview

The Operations Excellence Manager will lead the Operations Excellence Office. This role is central to establishing and maintaining operational governance, ensuring process ownership, and defining decision-rights frameworks across all operational portfolios within the company. The manager will drive performance improvement initiatives and foster cross-functional integration.
