Due to strong customer demand, Insoul opened its first store in 2022, followed by a second store in 2024. The brand is currently in a growth phase, with plans for additional locations and an expanded product range. Role Overview

Insoul is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee all operational activities, enhance performance, and develop operational systems and procedures. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and Makkah, focusing on ensuring the highest levels of quality, efficiency, and profitability across all locations. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for developing the company's franchise system, including operational manuals (SOPs), policies, quality standards, and expansion plans. The role requires over 10 years of experience in cafe management and operations, with a salary range of 7,000-12,000 SAR.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational activities for cafe branches to ensure efficient workflow.
• Develop and improve operational systems and procedures, implementing best practices.
• Prepare and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all departments.

• Develop the franchise file, including:

  • Operational manual.
  • Quality standards.
  • Operational identity guide.
  • Training programs.
  • Branch opening procedures.
  • Customer service standards.
• Develop and implement expansion plans and new branch openings.
• Monitor product and service quality, ensuring adherence to brand standards.
• Prepare and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and operational and financial reports.
• Manage operational budgets and work to increase profitability and reduce costs.
• Supervise procurement, inventory, and supply chain management.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate teams, and supervise branch managers.
• Enhance customer experience and improve service levels.
• Ensure compliance with health requirements, safety regulations, and government mandates.
• Coordinate with various departments to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience: Over 10 years of experience in managing and operating cafes.
• Skills: Proven ability to oversee daily store operations, ensure consistent product quality, and maintain service standards.
• Leadership: Experience in supervising staff, managing schedules, and coordinating inventory.
• Operational Excellence: Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene procedures, performance monitoring, workflow optimization, and policy implementation.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to support training, handle escalated customer issues, and collaborate with leadership on store openings and process improvements.
