The Role of Payroll & Operations Specialist

Waad Education is seeking a Payroll & Operations Specialist to join its HR & Operations team. This full-time position is based in Jeddah and is crucial for supporting the organization's growing operational needs. The specialist will play a key role in ensuring accurate payroll processing and contributing to efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Maintain comprehensive employee payroll records and verify data accuracy.
• Address employee inquiries related to payroll and compensation matters.
• Support various HR operations processes and employee lifecycle activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal company policies and relevant labor regulations.
• Prepare detailed payroll reports and provide support during audits as required.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Candidates should possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll and/or HR Operations.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
• Good understanding of HR systems and payroll processes; experience with ATS/HRIS is considered a plus.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is an advantage for this role.

Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah Province, within the HR & Operations team of Waad Education.
