About the Role

Match is seeking a Process Development Engineer to join our team in the Makkah Region, with operations spanning Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time role is integral to our manufacturing capabilities, focusing on the transition of products from research and development to full-scale production.

Role Purpose

The Process Development Engineer is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing manufacturing systems that are efficient, cost-effective, and robust. This position ensures that new products can be produced safely, reliably, and at high quality, aligning with business objectives and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Design and conduct experiments and pilot studies to test and validate new process parameters.
• Evaluate and select new equipment and technologies for integration into production lines.
• Analyze process data using statistical methods to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and propose solutions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and implement process enhancements using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma.
• Monitor production metrics and quality control data to ensure performance goals are met.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and other technical documentation.
• Ensure all processes comply with relevant industry, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with corporate standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and quality assurance, to implement new processes and technologies.
• Provide training and technical support to production staff on new processes and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this position are required to have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in process development or a related engineering discipline.

Work Location and Type

This is a full-time role based in the Makkah Region, specifically supporting operations in Jeddah and Makkah.
