The Role of Production Supervisor

APICO is seeking a dedicated Production Supervisor to manage and oversee daily production operations on the shop floor. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Makkah region, with operations in Jeddah or Makkah. The role is central to ensuring efficient production processes and maintaining high operational standards.

Core Responsibilities

• Supervise production teams, assign tasks, and monitor individual and team performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all established safety protocols and quality standards.
• Manage production schedules and coordinate resources effectively to meet demands.
• Support production planning activities to achieve output targets and delivery timelines.
• Troubleshoot operational issues promptly and implement process improvements.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare routine reports and communicate production updates and performance to management.
• Contribute actively to continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing plant.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for the Production Supervisor role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a production supervision capacity. A proven track record in overseeing manufacturing operations and leading teams is essential for this position.

Work Type and Location

This is a full-time, on-site position. The successful candidate will be based at our facilities in the Makkah region, specifically within Jeddah or Makkah.
