The Role of Project Manager

Schindler is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and involves overseeing project execution from award to handover, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project management plans, including scheduling, resource and capacity planning, and quality assurance.
• Manage project tasks to achieve objectives on time and within cost targets, strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the project duration.
• Ensure effective project management and timely communication with all involved parties, particularly customer representatives.
• Sell variation orders in a timely manner to meet financial objectives.
• Provide regular project management reports for line manager decision-making.
• Follow process-oriented Project Management from project award until handover, including all statutory requirements and deliverables.
• Lead the project team and assign appropriate authorities and responsibilities.
• Attract, retain, and develop employees to meet current project needs.

Required Experience

• Candidates should possess 2-5 years of relevant experience in project management.

This is a full-time position based in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The role involves working within the Schindler Group's operations in the region.
